Proposals for updating and implementation of guidelines for technical Projects selection and ranking by the Groups
of Experts;

Recommendation to give label to Projects, following evaluation

Recommendations in case of major Project Change Requests;

Inform and advise Celtic Core Group on all relevant issues.
