Responsibilities:
  • Programme strategy and coherence;
  • Representation and interaction with Public Authorities;
  • Decision on project selection and partner search
  • Control of rules for Programme and Project management
  • Execution and overall management of the Programme;
  • Decision on projects in individual cases (e.g. conflicts)
  • Accession of new members
  • Financial audit of the Celtic Organisation
Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day Celtic management
  • Definition and updating of guidelines for the Programme
  • Initiating new Calls
  • Reception and registrations of proposals
  • Initiating and organising of evaluations
  • Producing evaluation reports and recommendations
  • Assistance for setting-up projects
  • Initiating and supporting project kick-offs
  • Monitoring project progress through reporting
  • Keeping PAs informed
Celtic Support Group Ad-hoc Committees
Note: This group has not yet been established.
Responsibilities:
  • Proposals for updating and implementation of guidelines for technical Projects selection and ranking by the Groups of Experts;
  • Recommendation to give label to Projects, following evaluation
  • Recommendations in case of major Project Change Requests;
  • Inform and advise Celtic Core Group on all relevant issues.
  • Chair: Celtic Vice-Chairman
Ad-hoc committees will be established for a limited period of time. Examples are:
  • Scientific advisory group (not yet established). Scientific advice, recommendations on work programme
  • Legal group: Producing legal documents, assisting in legal matters
  • Evaluation Group (Group of Experts): Carrying out evaluation of proposals on guidance of Celtic Support Group
  • Roadmap Group (Preparation of a Celtic Roadmap). This group has not yet been established.
