	Project Awards:	Collaborative Celtic services and tools:
	Lynx Award for SME's (for terminated projects) The prize will be given to an SME having coordinated a EUREKA project having developed an outstanding innovative and marketable product, process or service.	Celtic Project Tools (Domain services) Provide or recommended collaborative services and tools, like project web sites, secure ftp, BSCW, audio-conference, e-mail exploder lists, etc.
