At the second phase of the proposal phase all invited proposal will submit a Full Project Proposal that contains a detailed description of the proposed project. As in the first phase, the GoE will assess the FPP and give recommendation to CG and PA, who will decide if a proposal will be granted a Celtic label and can start negotiations with the PA on funding. |
