Former version of Celtic Purple Book

In addition to the objectives of the Purple Book proposals may also focus on particular issues mentioned in the Strategic Research Agendas (SRA) of the European Technology Platforms of the EU Framework 7 programme:

The pan-European Laboratory (Panlab), which is currently being defined within a FP6 SSA, is considered to become a strong tool to facilitate the support and collaboration of numerous R&D projects in FP7, Celtic and other Eureka clusters. The Panlab idea has originally been proposed by Celtic and is a regular focus within Celtic projects. The Panlab should become more relevant for national projects by further developing the pan-European Lab concept taking into account local programs and projects.
