The Celtic Initiative has started the second phase of Call
6 to submit Full Project Proposals
(FPP)
Important Note: According to the Celtic standard procedure
submissions can only be accepted for those Proposal Outlines that have been
invited
to submit a FPP!
In case no proposal outline was submitted during the first call phase it may be possible to submit an FPP if important circumstances will justify this. However, any FPP submission without prior PO must be authorized by Celtic. This must be indicated and justified until 12 September 2008 at the latest by sending to the Celtic Office a maximum 2-page abstract and reasoning why this proposal should be considered. Any FPP without invitation or special prior authorization will be rejected. (in case of questions or doubts please contact the Celtic Office). The proposal has to incorporate all required improvement that had been communicated to the proposers. In case you are looking for suitable experts to expand your consortium or if you would like to join an existing consortium please check our Find-a-Partner page. |

Submission Procedure:
Deadline for submission: 3rd October 2008 Please make sure that your proposal is complete before online submission. The FPP has to be uploaded upon submission. This can be done by browsing and selecting the FPP file on your computer. After clicking the SUBMIT button a confirmation of the submission will be shown. In addition you will receive an e-mail that includes a direct link to your submission form. This form can always be opened again, modified, and re-submitted. New versions of the FPP files can be uploaded again until the submission deadline. ATTENTION: Please make sure that the submitter's e-mail address is correctly entered in the online form as, otherwise, you cannot access your uploaded files anymore! The data on the Project Identification and Key Information must correspond EXACTLY with the submitted online form! Inconsistencies between online data and FPP form can endanger the success of your proposal! For the submission of your Full Project Proposal you are requested to use the FPP Proposal Documents (you may also add the Excel budget calculation sheets. This, however, is not mandatory). The completed form must be uploaded as Word document. If the FPP form is converted to PDF it must be accompanied by the original WORD doc (or RTF) file to allow us to better process the project data. IMPORTANT: Please note that you have also to send us a duly signed Confirmation Letter for Call 6 at the time time you submit your proposal! Please DO NOT use elder versions of the Confirmation Letter! |
