Celtic News, 4 April 2006
Celtic is a
EUREKA ICT cluster programme, which initiates and runs privately and
publicly funded R&D projects in the field of telecommunications.
We would like to remind you that the deadline for
submitting a project proposal outline (PO) for Call 4 on 4 May 2006 is
rapidly approaching.
All proposers who intend to submit a proposal outline are requested to send us an early submission announcement. This announcement should be received by 20 April at the latest. This information is necessary to select the reviewers and to assure that all proposals will be reviewed by experts having the most appropriate experience in the required technical fields of each proposal. We strongly recommend that you use for this announcement the form "Intention to submit a proposal" that is available at: http://www.celtic-initiative.org/Project_calls/online-submission.asp Since the support of the public authorities for Celtic has improved we expect to launch in 2007 new projects with a total budget volume of 100 to 200 MEuro. Between 30 to 50% of the budget may be publicly funded. Possible research items for Call 4 are indicated in the Celtic Purple Book but also in the Strategic Research Agendas (SRA) of the European Technology Platforms NEM, eMobility, and NESSI. Further details on Call 4, research topics, and access to the online submission page are available on: http://www.celtic-initiative.org/Project_calls/Call4/call-4-PO.asp
If you have problems in completing your proposal or if
you need additional support please feel free to contact me or the Celtic
Office
(office@celtic-initiative.org). |
