Assistance for building your project consortium

We have been approached by a number of experts and organisations who want to offer their expertise to a project consortium for Call 3 proposals. Also a number of still incomplete project consortia is looking for additional expertise for their proposal.

  • Quality of Service Control and Bandwidth brokering platform for telecommunication carriers;
  • Mobile Roaming;
  • e-learning;
  • smartcards, PKI, electronic signature, micro payments;
  • Usability evaluation;
  • Digital Television platforms;
  • Data Storage Networking;
  • Video Analysis, Multimedia Indexing;
  • Speech Processing;
  • Surveying and geoinformation;
  • LBS, Navigation;
  • NW availability/reliability/up-time/QoS;
  • Tools for network design and simulation;
