Celtic Project Coordinator Workshop

Scope:

The Celtic Project Coordinator Workshop is intended to provide all necessary information to the project coordinators of newly labelled projects, to enable them to set-up and start their projects faster and to overcome general problems that often causes delays or failure to start a project.

As experience show this workshop has turned out to substantially increase the success rate in starting a project.

In addition, the workshop will inform the project coordinators about available tools and procedures to simplify and improve the project execution.
